Cap Ventilation Explained

1. Mesh360
Full mesh around the sides and back, sometimes even including the front panels.
Designed for maximum breathability.
Common in athletic, performance, or trucker-style caps.
Classification: High-ventilation cap / Performance / Trucker

2. Meshback
Only the back panels (usually the rear 2 or 4 panels) are made of mesh.
Classic feature of trucker hats.
Offers ventilation while keeping a structured or solid front.
Classification: Trucker hat / Casual / Lifestyle

3. Mesh Sides
Only the side panels (usually 2) are mesh.
Front and back are typically solid or structured.
Blends breathability and structure — a bit more subtle than Meshback or Mesh360.
Classification: Casual / Outdoor cap with partial ventilation

4. Perforated
Small laser-cut holes (usually in patterns) in fabric, often on the sides or back.
Usually used in performance caps or golf hats.
Offers a clean, modern look while allowing airflow.
